With 7 fine art/ fine craft events over 18 weekend days, ColoradoArtWeek.com's reach to tens of thousands of affluent potential customers is a tailor-made cross section of qualified patrons.


ColoradoArtWeekend.com's total ad budget for 2022 is $76,635.00. Add in the "At Festival" location fees of $6066.00 gives a total exposure value of $82,701.00 for your company. Would  $82,701.00 of exposure interest you enough to become our Title Sponsor? 


Elements of a Title Sponsorship


     1. Your logo and Title Sponsor positioning in print.

 

Our 2022 ColoradoArtWeekend.com print advertising budget is $56,845.00. 


Metro area advertising for The Park Hill Art Festival is spread between the very local Greater Park Hill News and The Denver Post's YourHub. 


Coverage expands up into the foothills of Evergreen with ads in The Colorado Community Media family of 24 papers including Evergreen's Canyon Courier, The Littleton Independent, The Clear Creek Courant and the other local papers. 


Our season peaks in the heart of Summer in the Summit County areas of Dillon, Breckenridge, Frisco, Keystone, and Silverthorne and the Vail Valley communities of Vail, Avon, Beaver Creek, & Edwards. In those papers, we aggressively advertise in The Vail Daily and The Summit Daily.


The season finishes back in Evergreen with The Evergreen Elk & Art Fest where we again use the Colorado Community Media family of newspapers but also extend into Denver via The Denver Post as the Elk draw in Evergreen that time of year is tremendous.


For all print advertising, your logo as title sponsor would be prevalent in all ads and marketing materials. 


     2. Our Digital Campaigns


Our growing Digital budget for 2023 is $5895.00. The efforts include all of our targeted Facebook advertising. Facebook pages curated by  ColoradoArtWeekend.com currently have 22,010 followers. We target those Facebook ads to reach those followers & their friends. This year we are also partnering with Swift Media. We will produce a broad reaching digital campaign using geo-fencing and user preferences to promote the whole season of ColoradoArtWeekend.com. We are relentless "posters" of content on all of our social media platforms. Your inclusion in copy and logo for these efforts will bring 10's of thousands of impressions. 


We are also including logos with links on all of our pages at www.coloradoartweekend.com as well as the festival specific Facebook pages ColoradoArtWeekend.com represents. 


     3. In Person Locations

Because we have been building this business for 17 years, our festivals fill with great artists and attract affluent patrons. Your in person presence at our events will greatly enhance your reach to customers. Booth locations for all 7 shows for a commercial booth would be $6,606. With your sponsorship, those locations are included. 


     4. Our Secret Weapon

At our 6 Colorado mountain shows we will be employing our Secret Weapon - our proprietary $1000 art festival shopping spree drawing. The winner of this drawing will get to shop for $1000 of art at the show. We print 3-5k tickets for this drawing for every event. This ticket will feature you as the sponsor of the drawing. Plus we would want you there to give away that $1000 each time. Now that is goodwill.


     5. Signs, etc...

Lastly, we are big believers in festival signage - both at the event and weeks before the event. We want to make your logo part of those signs. Whether they are banners at the festival site or yard signs, your logo will get tens of thousands of views.


An additional $13,895 will be spent in 2023 in our unique marketing efforts. 


Another great addition to our 202 3 marketing arsenal is our new rolling billboard for ColoradoArtWeekend.com. With it's immediately recognizable logo and giant QR code, the rolling billboard will drive passers by and festival goers to find the next stop in the ColoradoArtWeekend.com tour.
